My Story
My journey into psychedelics began in the festival scene, where I experienced the profound power of presence and connection among a community of compassionate, nonjudgmental individuals. These transformative moments served as a catalyst for my own personal healing and led me on a longer journey of returning home to myself. Inspired by these experiences, I developed a deep passion for harnessing the transformative power of psychedelics to create positive change in the world.
Navigating the intersection of the western clinical paradigm and the spiritual natural world, I find synergy between these realms. My deep relationship with nature informs my work, guiding me to help others align with its cycles. Psychedelics have shaped my understanding of our interconnectedness, much like the mycelial networks that connect trees and plants. I believe we are all part of a larger ecosystem, and our health and happiness are intrinsically linked to the rhythms of the earth.
A core aspect of my philosophy is eco-spirituality, which emphasizes the sacredness of the Earth and our responsibility to nurture it. By connecting with nature, we cultivate a sense of belonging and purpose that enhances our well-being. I encourage clients to explore their own relationships with the natural world, understanding how these connections can enrich their healing journeys. Recognizing this connection, I encourage clients to explore their own relationships with nature, understanding how these bonds can enhance their healing journeys. I believe psychedelics can teach us invaluable lessons about living, dying, and our shared human experience, informing my approach as I guide clients through their own insights.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me outdoors—I enjoy long slow walks with my dog, meditating in my favorite sit spots, and farm projects on the land on which I reside in North Carolina.
