My Story
I’ve always been drawn to liminal spaces—those in-between places where we are neither here nor there, neither this nor that. Some of my most transformative experiences have taken place in these paradoxical spaces, and psychedelics have deepened my ability to hold the complexity of these moments. They’ve helped me know myself more intimately and engage with the world around me more deeply.
This is the foundation of my coaching approach: a sustainable exploration of who you are and building the capacity to hold all that you are. "Slow and down" is a mantra I keep close. I believe the soul’s work unfolds at a geological pace—after all, we are made of earth.
My coaching also draws on my training as an interfaith chaplain, death worker, grief tender, and social health facilitator, as well as my fifteen years of experience as an academic coach. Earth, too, has been a great teacher–my sense of self in the world has come from my relationship with the ocean, nurtured through scuba diving and submersible videography, as well as the immersive conversations I’ve had with the woods on long-distance backpacking trips. Now, I call a quiet corner of the Maine woods home, where the mountains meet the sea and silence is a dear friend.
The way I move through the world is informed by my identities as a white, genderqueer, able-bodied, and neurotypical person. I affirm and support all the ways you identify and relate to the world, while also acknowledging that unlearning my own cultural conditioning is a lifelong process. With reverence and humility, I will walk beside you as we explore the beautifully complex and wonderfully unique being that you are.
